In terms of roads, Edo state is the worse in the entire South South. I am sure you have seen the back and front between the state government and federal government regarding the Federal roads?

Is it the inner roads ? Where the MOU governor has wasted tax payers money on? There is no single surviving road of this Obaseki administration.

All the road done by him has been washed away by rains and erosion. Palliatives done on roads do not last more than 2 weeks.

These transporters spend 4 days on these dilapidated roads and 3 days in the mechainc workshop every week ..

You don’t expect things to be the same in such harsh environmental conditions.

What about pure water cost?

Fuel used to move the water and power sachet sealers are cheaper. Imported inks and materials are equally cheaper to get across to Edo than Kaduna from Lagos.

Petrol price increased 3 times and the keke rider in Kaduna is increasing cost of fare by just 50 naira. How will the person income increase with such?

this path has proven a superior one to radically increasing cost with input. Patronage is kept at a good level. Sometimes it is about sacrificing profit level as the city hustles are secondary for northerners.
