Former minister of Petroleum Resources, Prof. Tam David-West says there is currently no fuel subsidy. He said former heads of state Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, retired General Ibrahim Babaginda and the current head of state, President Goodluck Jonathan are fully aware of the sabotage called fuel subsidy. That they are implicated in the deliberate sabotage of the refineries to justify the importation of fuel. He knows the members of the oil cartel, including the ministers in the mafia sabotaging Nigeria. Read more on page 52 of The Guardian of today Saturday October 15, 2011.
