You guys brag over nonsense always, even America is heavily indebted, so we should stop all these childish chest beating. Many states are borrowing cos they are doing what ur state Anambra is not doing. With ur stupid logic, one can say Jigawa state is doing better than Anambra state cos its debt profile is about 40 billion, while that of Anambra is over 70 billion.
