Nothing is working. He go assemble the same group from previous government.
You didn't read the report, Mister. They said from January to March 2023. Tinubu has not been there for a complete quarter. Let's wait for the report in September which covers a whole quarter from June to August.

Buhari was a disaster who ruined Nigeria's economy but we didn't know because we were buying fuel at #180 per litre without a single refinery.

Una no de read? 1st quarter of the year 2023, not may 2023

So who was there then. Which government, which President, which party, which citizens, which supporters. How did this all happen.
Who was sleeping on duty when the roof fell in?

Nigerians like to find excuses, dodge reality, lament after the fact, but in the heat of the moment, when the tragedy is being cooked, their minds are sealed like Esau's, who will not sit back and think of the consequences.

There was more than enough warning by well meaning citizens that the government was over leveraging, well documented warnings that the CBN was over printing, well documented warnings that government should cut back spending.

But no. The vocal support always found a reason to ride over reason. 'It is Mr. President's right...' to do, they said after all even America borrows. Okay na.

How about reducing the cost of governance??

The Federal Government’s expenditure exceeded revenue by N1.43tn in the first three months of 2023, according to figures obtained from the Central Bank of Nigeria.

By this statement the first 3 months in 2023 refers January, February and March 2023 but why are some elements mentioning Tinubu in their quote.

The very man you all were hailing then, describing Mr. President as doing very well and I quote, 'repositioned the country'..... Can't forget that irony of all time.

You guys need to rewind this forum to just six months ago and you will be amazed at your total volte-face.

Anything 'enjoyed' in Nigeria today is as a result of historical, communual self deceit. 8 years of hypocrisy and pretense, of calling cancer a headache.

Bringing out nonsense statistics today when it is too late to head off the fallout. Shebi reckless borrowing is no longer good.

And why not call out Mr. Lawan and his cohorts who gave express permit to every indiscretion. They are all hiding today.

Nigerians and short term, attention deficit memory.

You are a tactical genius. I honestly don't know the angle from which to respond to your submission. All I can say is the last adminstration shouldn't have happened. It was economic pestilence and it will take sometime to recover from the rot perpetrated in that administration.

Government of lies and deceit. I thought subsidy was eroding our commonwealth according to Mr Babablue.
Now subsidy has been removed, how’re we spending over 1.4trn above revenue in 3 months? Where is the government spending this money?
Does it even make any sense to spend such amounts yet the economy is in turmoil? Aren’t we better off paying subsidy and stabilizing the economy? The government has been channeling the subsidy savings to unknown warehouses even before the economic team kicks off it’s deliverables.
Read before writing all this long epistle..it’s a report for Q1 spending..that means from January to march 2023..subsidy was still in place then and buhari was still the president of Nigeria.
Guy read!!!!!!..stop being emotional. Tinubu is here to stay!!..it’s better you start believing it now.

Cut government expenditure, cut government expenditure, how many times have people not yelled about the high cost of government. They keep doing the opposite......I know they won't listen,we will all hear the billions allocated for furnitures and new bathroom mirrors.

In supporting your line of argument, it is reasonable to declare that this country has been so unlucky in the selection of her National Assembly members for the core reasons that they always appear too poor and poverty stricken that they want to consume opulence at one sitting. Despite the cry of dwindling economic fortune of the state, they throw deaf ears and continue to amass resources to themselves filthy like Rat. It's only Rat that can elucidate the bingeing character of Nigerian Legislooters.
