Correct me if I'm wrong but by new customs regulations, isn't the duty calculated based on the cost of the car, not year of manufacture as it was done previously and is that not what the 70% tariff is about? I wouldn't mind an enlightening accurate explanation. BTW, shipping line is Grimaldi, RORO!

Afternoon sir

The cost of clearing is not based on the amount the car is bought but base on the spec and year of the vehicle ,so so to clear ur ford expendition would cost u #370,000 respectively sir

Currently the duty is calculated on 35% not 70% sir and that's the current customs tariff
