Tribunal rules that Shettima's double nominations is not intentional and therefore cannot disqualify Tinubu.

So the law now consider legal matters based on the intension or unintension of a electoral process? Can the supreme court give a verdict on this issue?

If Nigerians accepted this kangaroo judgment, then we are not ready to grow as a country. Anything contrary to the expectations of Nigerians is tantamount to chaos and calamity

Ipob translating it own news
Same tribunal that specifically stated that that is an pre- election matter n the tribunal as no jurisdiction over it n further stated that the applicant already took same case to the supreme court n got a judgement on it stressing that is further abuse of court before it was thrown out.

In this regard, yes.

I have always told you the petition was watery and very pointless. Plus, it is also a pre-eelctoral matter

This is what we call civil rule. Someone shut your wife dead and the judge will tell him to go because it is not intentional. Rubbish!!!
Shetima has the right to reject the tinubu nomination since he knows that he has already been nominated for senator. But he intentional accept it.
In a democratic government Tinubu will be sack but in civil rule the law is not for the big men.
