There's no new phone below N100k supporting 4k video recording.

Only the iPhones 6s and above support this.

Except the flagship-killer LeEco Le 2.

why would I buy an android 10 phone over 12? Because of 4k video grin, how many TVs or phones can display 4k? How many people even watch YouTube videos at 1080p, talk more of 2k. grin

With all respect, sir, an extremely myopic perspective.

By your logic, why buy an Android 12 phone when there are Android 13 devices out there?

In a year's time, this Android 12 you big up will no longer be considered new.
What next? Discard your phone?

Any average phone user knows that a phone with capable hardware is 3 times better than that with newest software.

Because software can be customised, hardware can't.

Try using your Android 12, sir, to shoot super HQ videos and snap high-definition photos.

If only I cared to record videos with mine. Taking pictures and videos are the most insignificant uses of my phone. Sha, let me set my record options to 4K. One can never tell when an unbelievable event chooses to take place.

Your topic was about 4k video recording, which I talked on and trashed. Now you want to talk about hardware, the Tecno has a higher ram, and more memory, higher battery and a newer android version. I would choose this over the CPU and 4k video recording. Plus there are so many reasons to choose a phone, if I pick the leeco, do leeco have a community that is currently active, a community where I can get latest Android OS, firmwares and the rest? Is there any dedicated community that comes to help if you're having issues with rooting, and finding it difficult to boot your bootloop device?

Personally as a heavy android user who only uses Google pixel phones and I'm using a Pixel 6a currently with a pixel 3xl, looking at these specs above, I'll pick that Tecno over the leeco

I shoot videos but I've never even used 4k to shoot, it's just useless. Even with my 200gb of monthly data I can't go beyond 1080p when streaming and I'm gupping over 5gb of data in a 40mins video

Google "LeEco community", the first site you see.
Infinix, Tecno and Itel combined (Transsion) do not have a more functional community than this.

To even show they have a better community, the Le 2 has several battery variations from 5800 mAh to 8160 mAh (picture attached).

Tecno is stuck on the 5000 mAh battery.

Regarding 4k, you didn't trash nothing my good man.

You depicted a newer Android version as a superior indicator when choosing phones, and I objected that hardware (such as camera quality) is actually a much stronger criterion.

Because I can upgrade my software to Android 12, but you're
the problem here is you're bias, I guess you're trying to sell this device. If I am to choose, from what you have given above, I'll choose the Tecno, it may lack in CPU and GPU part, but most people don't play very heavy games, rather do most people even know the difference between 4k and 1080p, if it's a girl using this phone for video, she just opens camera and goes to video, she doesn't even know what is video resolution, but she needs more space for her pictures, and more ram to run more apps. And she needs some newer features that works better on newer phones like Nearbyshare, Esim if the phone has it. There is a huge upgrade between android 10 and 12. A huge one

You mentioned higher RAM, well Le 2 smoked the LG G5 in memory management despite the latter boasting 4GB ram and a far superior Snapdragon 820 chipset.

With 3GB RAM, this phone kept 10 high intensity apps minimized without closing them

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8T-d7mWgNk&pp=ygUHTGUgMiB2cw%3D%3D

You mentioned "more memory" . Why should that be strong focus, when the Le 2 storage is extendable using OTG and every purchase comes with a free memory card adaptor.

For someone who uses the Pixel 6a, a phone that parks a FHD+ 6.1 screen with Octa core Tensor CPU on a meager 4400 mAh battery, I'm shocked you had the effrontery to slight the Le 2 battery.
This is not even adding the fact that your phone charges slowly.

With your last sentence, your anti is begin to seep through, my senior man, and it is concerning.

Which Tecno phone supports eSIM? Even their 360k Camon 20 flagship doesn't dare. And you're demanding this from a phone of 30k?

And yes the LeEco 2 supports Nearby share.

You make salient points, sir, I can't contest.

lol meager 4400, 😂, the phone Battery lasts longer that even the almighty iPhone 13 series and probably the 14 series. I don't want to argue on this any longer. Choose your leeco, like I said I'm not a fan of Tecno, but if the reason I have to buy a phone is because of 4k video recording, then I'll pick a newer android version over that. All these specs only come into play if you're a heavy user. Have a nice day

Which Blackview Model do you use?
It's market knowledge: Rising brands tend to make better quality product than established brands.
This was what Xiaomi did to oust Samsung.

Biggest challenge is just after-sales service and repair.

What exactly is the purpose of this thread? Are you selling the phone?

The last phone LeEco made was in 2017 (this one was made in 2016) and stuck on Android 6 which Apps are increasingly no longer supporting.

Are you saying people should buy a support-lacking Chinese phone of 7 years just because it's a cheap 4k shooter below #100k?

Samsung S7 of the same year, with better hardware also shoots 4k and had better support, is also less than #100k.

You are a liar. You don't use any Google pixel. You use Tecno and you are a cheap Tesco marketer trying to derail his thread.

Who on earth using pixel will even mention Tecno talkless of recommend it?

Get away from Here scammer marketer and leave him alone .

Tecno infinix and itel are all trash garbage . I will rather use an old snapdragon phone over the latest junk from transsion

Not durable at all. Just a waste of money. I got 2 pieces of it and both packed up in 2months.
The battery got spoilt , screen pulled off.
I just got a brand new battery, let me use it and see if it's the phones that is killing the batteries.
