What specie of catfish is this?
Clarias or Heterobranchus or hybrid?

It seems hybrid to me. But do hybrids grow this big?

How many months old is it?

It can only be Heterobranchus spp if you know you know. This is 2years old broodstock and it's yet to attain it's main size

But it doesn't look one but like heterobranchus.

It looks like hybrid.

Your pond should the type dug in a swampy areas without block moulding blocks in it. This allow them to obtain other nutrients apart from what you feed them.
Try this and watch them massively big
