We are expected to believe that Emefiele waited for Tinubu to be sworn in as president before immediately giving his notice of resignation to the president.

According to the CBN Act 2007, the only way the president could replace all the deputy governors and directors is if the all resigned after giving 3 months notice.

Only a court of competent jurisdiction can indict Emefiele or any of his staff of any crime. So fare no court has found them guilty.
