if you a shop owner and the landlord tells you that you will have to relocate your goods because the building is coming down won't you feel bad? you will feel bad and probably shea a tear cos your biz location is well known to your customer base and might lose them upon relocation. also the cost of moving to a new location and also cost of storage b4 moving to a new location will make shop owners cry, not landlords.
