Paid himself or by the RMAFC? Is that why Nami was lying that he was about to consolidate revenue generation before Tinubu removed him? Nigeria is just a criminal enterprise being ran by crooked criminals |

The newly completed FIRS building in Kano is headquarter of cars.. Anytime I visit kano and pass through Murtala Muhammad Way, it always amaze me on the numbers of cars the staff park in and outside the building. I dont think there is officer in FIRS that don't have a car. Money is nothing to them because they see billions everytime which they feel entitle to. Nigeria is suffering from true, real and raw corruption. |

'.....After his sudden exit as chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Muhammad Nami went on to approve N6 billion as payments to several contractors and consultants, TheCable can report....' That is what we constantly say. That is all what Abuja is about. Without contracts the city is virtually empty, soul-less. That is all what politicians are elected to do, nothing more. That is what every civil servant pursues, all in the name of work. That is what our modern day government exists to do. The country with the largest number of poorest, yet with the largest number of contractors. No work, just call someone to do it and the person will call someone else to do it and that person will call someone else to do it and..... Contracts, contracts and more contracts. The former government borrowed trillions of naira and people ask, where is all the money.... contracts of all kinds. Nigeria, the Contractor's Paradise. Where shady folks bearing briefcases flood into the city and in just a few short weeks or months leave with millions and billions. Ask the Director exactly what goods were delivered or services rendered for such enormous amounts paid and you will barely see anything to have and to hold or any problem the 'mental contractors' aka 'Consultants' have helped Nigeria solve. Anyway, not that the citizens who are being robbed in broad daylight are bothered. They have been given a few bits of sentimental bones to struggle with. 2 Likes 1 Share |

When I say that Igbos should never be counted amongst those that destroyed this country, you take it for a joke. Igbos have never held full sway in the civil service like Yoruba talk less of Hausa. They plunder the nation day in day out. It's shameful. See these people crawling out of sketchy places to chop billions of Naira all for nothing. |

The country is so rich if only criminals like the immediate FIRS chairman and their likes will allow just a fraction of the monies be used appropriately. |
