Who is not shocked that Tinubu graduated from a non-existent government secondary school Lagos which was eventually founded in 1974? It's a global practice that you lose your degree if the records submitted are fraudulent.

You will have to petition Richard Daley College. He got into CSU via an associate degree. Atiku barked at the wrong tree.

Ps: There is an high chance he used GED into Richard Daley. Google what a GED is.
