All certificates or transcripts are requested directly from CSU who will then process it and order it through an undisclosed third party

Students of CSU do not know about any third party, they order and receive their documents through the CSU directly.

Third parties are an internal process of CSU

Do you really understand what you're saying? How can you compare that with a result with full university signature, logo and others difference not in tandem with the university original results. If you print out jamb results, who gives the card to print? Are they uniform or not? Do you alter it or appoint fake jamb registrar to sign it? Do you alter the score? Can you stop defending what is globally known as forgery so you don't sound stupid?
