It's not about contesting but about being sworn in. Jonathan was sworn in after the death of Yaradua, then sworn in again in 2011. He would have been sworn in for the 3rd time if had won the 2015 election

Okorowo is a good headed judge. He is not like the judges that don't have the interest of .their unborn generations in mind.

Sylva as Minister of State for Petroleum wined and dined with con men in power.
For example, in 2021, Sylva and gov Hope Uzodinma laid a foundation stone for a $2 million Federal Infectious Diseases Hospital for the SE zone in Orlu Imo state.

Sylva has already started his second tenure in 2007 till he was removed in 2008.

He has no business with governorship again.

Remember Chris Ngige that was removed in Anambra state for Peter Obi to succeed him. The Supreme court ruled that his tenure "never existed" hence no one should address his as ex governor or his excellency. Same rules will be applied to Sylva. That he was removed means it didn't even exist in the eyes of the law. Save this message till supreme court rules on the issue.

Wrong judgment and decision from the Court. Sylva was removed from the office because he was not voted for and that is not counted as having been voted for.

Jonathan was voted for once and note twice. He second time was when he lost. Vice President position is an appointed post and not a position that is selected base on election. Jonathan came in to replace the then president and nobody voted him in.
