After watching the video of Hon. Betta Edu talk on channel TV you will understand that NPower money meant for our youth was embezzled by Human Resources Consultant hired by the Humanitarian Ministry. The consultant embezzled 9 months NPower stipends, their holiday allowance and exit page running running in bi,ll.ons hmmmmm.
