Today is 16th October and nothing has been said again about the receipt of the crude and the purported production of Diesel and Jet fuel this October.

The Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPC, purchased a 20% stake in the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals.

Who owns NNPC? Nigerian government. Nigerians own NNPC.
