The international court issued a warrant to arrest Putin for killing Ukraine's children. How far has putin fallen. From someone supposedly believed to be in charge of one of the most powerful militaries on Earth, to someone going cap in hand to beg from China. It is reported that his trip did not achieve the desired results. China did not commit to any formal agreement.
