A Federal High Court sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State, has restrained the National Universities Commission, NUC, from going back on its initial accreditation of the Law programme of one of the private universities in Nigeria, Lead City University, Ibadan.

One of the Law graduates of the institution, Mr. Segun Alli instituted a suit against the NUC over the withdrawal of accreditation of the programme which triggered off protest by the institution’s students.
