Hmmm ... the NNPCL got into an oil for cash loan ...$3B ... knowing that Dangote refinery was coming on stream and they would be unable to provide the feedstock. Fine. The question is what was the loan used for? There need to be an investigation and an account of how it was/is used.
I'm still sticking to my guns ...... Dangote refinery will not deliver.

unfortunately, those we have in government are just too dull that they cant do anything outside of their usual routine.

Saudi Arabia produces 9million bpd with a population of 35million.

Nigeria with a greater population and therefore more needs is satisfied with 1.6million bpd as if the oil in the ground is finished

Now this same excess crude no buyer is what dangote is crying about its shortage

Summary: we used future crude oil to borrow and have to keep paying those we owe so Dangote should look elsewhere. That means extra cost of importing crude into Dangote refinery after building pipelines. Dangote must be almost regretting working Nigerian govt.
