You may be right, but I may not agree with you. Does that mean because she was reinstated by court mean she won the election. What of tinubu cade then, does that mean the PO or atiku lost to tinubu because the judiciary vindicated tinubu of all allegations.

To me, inec is who we should beg to always do the needful if not, judiciary will alway judge base on technicalities, political affiliations and highest bidder.

Inec will say its the politician messing up the process.

My take is that there should be punishment for wasting everyone's time.

let's say the truth, are we going to let the former senator who stole her mandate go like that?

We are supposed to arrest himself, the electoral officers and everyone who assisted him in one way or another to become a senator without the popular vote.

if we continue like this election fraud will not end.

Just imagine if we start even banning them from political offices, this whole nonsense will stop at once.

Who's going to pay Natasha all the funds she spent in court because of this issue.

What if she did have money for the legal tussle the other guy will continue to be senator.

Many things in the country are so wrong.

I don't know why am not seeing this as normal.

Very few people are thinking like you and it's not helping us as a country.
He should be made to pay for all the court case, ban from any elective position and even refund the allowances he has already collected.

That’s the position. However none of them has been made to refund the sums. The EFCC or ICPC people have seriously failed. If that is done, it will further help the system by discouraging politicians from fraudulently securing seats.

Nigeria is a country without law. You can do anything as far as you have the money.
Only poor people the law is meant for.
Someone stole election, INEC also help him in stealing now that the court confirm him to be a thief after collecting 5 months salaries and allowances, who will pay for those five months. But if a lecturer go on strike they will say no work no pay.
When we asked that all court cases should be done and dusted before swearing inn some tribal bigots thought we are targeting tinubu.

The fact that a Nigeria court declares a person as the winner of a particular election doesn't necessary mean it's true in most cases. It's all about who you know.

Exactly! In the Nigerian society, there is an unwritten rule that a woman can’t attain a high political post as a single lady. In fact, a divorced woman has higher chances than a single lady. It’s sad.
