CJN - Supreme Court Betrayed The Nigerian People. by FieldMarshall06(m): 1:30pm On Nov 03, 2023
The implications of the Supreme Court caving into pressure by criminal politicians has yet to be fully understood. It has not been fully understood. And more worrisome is the cowardice among Nigerian judges. They are big cowards, unable to stand together firmly for what is right. Fully grown men, all of them cowards. It's a shame. I am really worried for this country. And many decent Nigerians I know are worried too.

See, the meaning of that judgement is- to become President in Nigeria, all you need do is "buy INEC". That is the terrifying meaning. No need for campaigns or bridge-building, no need for manifesto or debate, no need to win the support of the people. Just "buy Inec".

Once you buy Inec, they declare you winner with blurred results, then you are good. Once sworn in, the judiciary is powerless. That is what the Supreme court has confirmed. Buy inec, declare fake results and you are President. Whoa, a very dangerous precedent.

This fumble would haunt Nigeria for another 50yrs. Make no mistake about it.

"A fairer judgement would have been to Annul the election". That way they can save Tinubu from shame, whilst upholding the Law, and being fair to Obi & Atiku. Unfortunately, the stupid judges were misled by the CJN.

The biggest losers in all this are the Yorubas. CJN Ariwooola validated a stolen mandate for his brother. Time would tell.

And mind you, I am from Benue State.

On the contrary, the Supreme Court did well not to cave into pressure from the headless mob.

Show how you won the election and your lawyers were beating around the bush.

INEC was not bought, LP and PDP won in many other places. Each party played to their strenght.

Go to court means INEC was so confident they had done their job properly and were ready to stand by it even in court.

Just like in a football game, there will always be winners and losers. Non be headless mob candidate start to de lose election for Nigeria when we non go hear word again

That is the implication of what the supreme court has done. Once you buy Inec, they declare you winner with false results and blurred results, then you are good. Once sworn in, the judiciary is powerless. And they have confirmed that they are useless in righting any wrong in presidential elections.

That is the sad implication. Buy inec, declare false results and get sworn in. Mock your opponents with "go to court". And the Juduciary would legitimize the fraudulent election. This fumble would haunt Nigeria for another 50yrs. Make no mistake about it.

The biggest losers in all this are the Yorubas. CJN Ariwooola validated a stolen mandate for his brother. Time would tell.

Sad situation for the losers, and happy situation for the winners.

At the end of the day, the Supreme Court upheld the constitution and electoral laws.

An Election looser loosing his Supreme Court Case is not a betrayal of the Nigerian People

It is your refusing to accept your Election loss after promising to accept the Supreme Court Judgement that is a betrayal of the Nigerian People

It is a dangerous precedent, How all Nigeria has be reduced to Idiots and birdbrain, So INEC Now has a Unilateral power to tell the citizens that they will not transmit Election results, they can even tell you All the Electronic Devices Malfunctioned So we did a manual Collection, What this means is that Apathy will be on the highest rise!! And the Tinibu and his Fellow Vultures are the Benefactors...

If you take someone to court for stealing a car and it was later discovered in court that the car was actually his but he may have stolen on of the tyres, does that mean he should be sentenced for car theft? One thing I know is that you guys are bad loosers.

That poster you are responding to is not from Benue. From a cursory look at their posting history, you can tell they are from the South East and dislike someone called Umahi.

Edo, Benue, Plateau, Yoruba and all other non IPOB people that were rooting for Peter Obi have accepted his fate, only IPOBidients haven't and try to give themselves and their shallow putrid opinion some kind of legitimacy by pretending to be other people.
