Honestly.....he should empower the jobless ones in the pool first so they can have the capacity to create ventures that will employ the ones in the university....u have that much money to invest...that's 500 billion naira, half of a trillion..... get 100,000 young business minded people with good ideas, 5m each to support their businesses........focus on tech, agriculture and production of items that can be exported

Technical Colleges and factories are what Nigerians needs now. Learn a practical skill that is admissible!

I don't know about sourcing the money or how he did it, but I know he has already built the school in his home town, it's a project he started since 2021, I can't also vividly tell you the project worth the $500m or not, but I know the school is 98% completed as of today..
