One day, a rich dad took his son on a trip. Wanted to show him how poor someone can be. They spent time on the farm of a poor family. On the way home, dad asked, "Did you see how poor they are? What did you learn?". Son said, "We have one dog, they have four, we have pool, they have rivers, we have generators at night, they have stars, we buy foods, they grow theirs, we have walls to protect us, they have friends, we have encyclopedias, they have Bible." Then they headed, "Thanks dad for showing me how poor we are." MORAL LESSON: It's not about money that make us rich, it's about simplicity of having God in our lives. |

Why do poverty, suffering, and lack seem to be synonymous with being Christian? If that other family is content with not having much and just having a bible that is fine. But someone can have alot of riches and still be rich in spirit. The two do not have to be separate. Money is not the root of evil. But moreso what is done to get the money can be. Unnecessary poverty and suffering are not righteous. I would argue they are a form of ungratefulness. We are all given gifts and talents. If those gifts and talents have lead you to be monetarily prosperous there is nothing wrong with that. If living outside, with no walls, growing your own food, receiving heat from the stars, with no other form of reading but the bible is appealing to you, great! Ask impoverished people what they would give for some riches. Poverty is not "godly." Spiritual richness and prosperity can co-exist. |

@Topic, yes its not, but Money is not evil and shouldnt be seen as evil. it is the love of it that is evil. And having so much value for money can distrol our relationship with God. Christianity does not mean poverty(no) Jesus became poor that we may be rich. He instructed us to give to the poor, so we are rich. A Christian is surposed to be prosper educationally, work, trade,business etc. If God is pleased with our business he sure will bless it for us. So the rich doesnt go to the river? Anyway the stars are there for both rich and poor. Wrong to use this illustration in label to christians as poor people. |

^^ No problem with a Christian working hard and making it !! The problem is Pastors stealing from their flock to make it, while the flock are living in penury !! |

Will a true pastor steal chruch money? There is a clear fakeness in any that uses church money as his personal earned cash. The problem is not only the stealing Pastors, but also the silent of the Member community. Why should there even be poor people in a church? Truth said brings hate, so people prefares to keep their mouths shot and say Is God that Judge. |

There is nothing wrong with wealth or prosperity. Why would there be so much abundance in this world if we are not allowed to enjoy it? It is the bad things that are done for money or wealth that are not good, not the money itself. |
