10k per month means 120k per year. That plus 140k can give u an accommodation of 260k. That should be the highest rent you can go for if you want to show off

Yeah show off, but I can't do such. I started out earning 74k but stayed in a 120k apartment. My choice, because I don't want sleepless nights.

I know its Not Easy.... that's why i suggested the 2 Possible ways to survive this situation.

1. you just need to look for the Rent TYPE Appropriate for your Current income
I think 50 to 60k/ Year can only get 1 Room in a face-me / face-you setting at the Moment.

2. To Target more comfortable Accommodation like Room_Palour, self-con (like 200 to 300K)
you will have to acquire New skills and start aggressively looking for higher-paying job.
(it is possible to change jobs if you start thinking about it everyday and taking action: learning an in-demand skill, applying and attending interviews)

if you can think about it every day, you will be amazed ...it will become a reality.
there is a lot of power in your EVERYDAY REPETITIVE THOUGHTS and ACTIONS (give it a try)
