19 yr graduate  ,i tot the law made it illegal to write UME younger than 16 yrs,now add 1yr before admission is concluded and 4yrs at least in the uni,that should make you at least 20!You must be one of those whose parents encourage to break the JAMB LAW!nICE ATTEMPT THOUGH(I MEAN UR BOOK) |
