That's why there is clearly no hope for the nation...!

Nothing short of a bloody revolution will transform and reposition this nation.

We are just pretending to be practicing democracy.

You have to be deluded and stupid to expect highly corrupt people to transform your nation to the glorious standards and levels seen in Saudi, Canada, Singapore, etc.

Those nations crushed corruption first before seeing true development.

THE CORRUPTION ASPECT IS VERY CORRECT BUT TO SAY NIGERIA IS POVERTY CAPITAL OF THE WORLD IS A BIG FAT LIE YOU SHOULD STOP TO BELIEVE, NIGERIANS ARE FAR BETTER THAN MANY COUNTRIES.

Even if we format this country by forgiving all our leaders for their embezzlement and other crimes i give them a month

If we call the white to recolonize us, i bet you few years after leaving us alone things go scatter again

Make we no talk about prayer, because Bible even talk say work and pray, but here in Nigeria we pray a lot and work less

Maybe if we divide into 3 we will really get where we belongs to

I agree.

There's no way that a country, with such societal rot, can be taken serious. Nigeria is like a useless agbaya person.

Individual intelligence and a prospect to be extraordinary is there, that one cuts across every tribe in Nigeria, but societal maturity and economics progress without criminality, is next to none.

A 5 year old nigerian, might not know what it is it to enjoy 24-7 electricity. If the current advanced countries don't come up with ways to remotely send electricity to Nigeria, it will have a future same thing or worse. It will keep the population docile, and always thinking fetish, because suffering has disfigured their brain. And if Nigeria is helped like that, it will be a long term slave to the helping country or the country that builds the vital sector.

This is why many igbos stay up at night, the future is bleak, the patience of the world on Nigerian stupidity is about to come to a halt.

The lack of unity in Nigeria is the nursery bed of the persistent misrule and corruption that has held this country down. Those that protested against Jonathan in Ojota years back are suddenly mute now that the condition is even far worse, why? Because their tribesman is now incharge. We aren't serious about making this country better, when we are, things will definitely take a turn for the better.

With so much corruption, no hope for Nigeria. I recently traveled by road Lagos-Okene and back. All the soldiers road blocks, the driver must pay N100 at every road block. And there are about 50 of them. Each stop they make N1m daily. Thats N50m daily. The military is as worse as the politicians. The country is finished.

It is observed from the survey that corruption has become so pervasive that Nigerians need to embark on a change of attitude, change of mindset and change of behaviour.
