Impeach that guy asap. No time, after the impeachment, he can go to court. I don't support illegalities but once someone feed and in live in it, there's need to ruthlessly deal with him. Demolishing the state house is hight of lawlessness. Passing budget by four people is treasonable. Moving the four people to your bedroom to do your biddings is unsurpation. Declaring vacant the seat of the majority of the house by four people is treasonable and punished by death. Do you have a quorum to sit talk more of deliberating? Illegalities can't be used to cure illegalities.
