you are able to do so because unlike road transport, the trains are owned by the FG. the question is how is Tinubu going to pay for the free ride? where is the money going to come from? is there provision for it in the budget or will he pay from his pocket?

afederal government does not have control over Nigeria transportation system because they only contribute 2% percent on the commercial transport, the rest is for private companies and individuals so how do you control them?
