1-Why is it so hard for our government to build state of the art hospitals in Nigeria where they can be treated when ill, instead of the regular visit abroad for medical care, this is not just limited to the politicians alone but the elite in general.

Is it that they don't have shame at all, cos I can't imagine the president of Germany or Canada travelling to another country for medical care, even it happens it must be very rare, compared to the way politicians from the so called giant of Africa flys to another country for medical care.

2-Is it that they are scared of or don't trust Nigeria doctors, as they can be bribed by their political opponents to take their life by giving them the wrong injection or tablet?

3- Is that the cost of setting up such medical facilities is way to high for them.


4- Is that Nigerians don't have qualified medical practitioners that could tend to their medical needs even if they have the hospitals here.

5- Is it that the western countries does not allow third world countries to improve in their health sector so as to maintain our steady patronage which amounts to millions of dollars spent annually for such care?

PLEASE I NEED ANSWER TO THIS QUESTIONS THAT HAS BEEN ON MY MIND FOR YEARS.

Apart from the lack of world-class medical facilities in Nigeria, every corner in Nigeria is filled with enemies for every Nigerian politician. A whole hospital building filled with patients can be set ablaze because of one politician on admission in the building.

The attitud of the civil savant is one of the problem, build hospital and leave it for them to manage, after somethime in their very eyes they would allow the equipment to die and no body is pinished fo allowing govermnent asset not having regular maintenance. Some of the Doctors has their private hospital and they care less of government equipment at the healthcare facilities

All they are fighting for is salary increase.

Goodluck jonathan and Buhari Plus Obsanjo are the reason why we dont have good hospital because a government hospital or private hospital that cant get upto 23hours light will waste most of its resources on petrol fuel.

An hospital that has poor infrastructure cannot train medical student to a certain level of professionalism.

Buhari should have just worked on Power alone but instead embarked on a lot of capital project that has not yielded positive result.
