2. You cannot DIE in a life jacket. FALSE.

The people who died in this accident died by drowning. Over 30 people were rescued. If these people had life jackets on, they wouldn't drown and would still be alive.

Seat belt is different...it comes with the car. Some of these areas can't afford a life jacket and you can't say they should just stop the boating business...so If the same govt can fix your roads and this is another mode of transportation, why can't they provide them ...original ones and then enforce its use. It will still cost less than the funds they spend in their Govs offices on feeding lol
