Nigerians are the ones allowing all these rubbish. When we will not join hands together and push for the right thing for our dear country. We would allow ethnic and religious sentiment deprive us of the good life God has blessed us with resources to enjoy. Do you know what 57 billion can do in a country. How much is the entire profit they even get from subsidy removal . As big as nairaland is, how many of us can even boast of knowing someone that got a package of this palliative. Yet 57 billion gone for Christmas. Workers salary still remains the same and unpaid, that one doesn't matter. If you read this and you are still able to come up with some defence for this administration you need to check your mental health. It most likely have been brain washed 1 Like 1 Share |

The government is trying to give comfort to Nigerians in need. Their gesture is indeed commendable. 👏 Together with the new Transport Subsidy Program, bonus payments to government workers and other initiatives, Government has ensured that Nigerians had reasons to smile this holiday season. In fact you could feel the relief all over the country as people enjoyed themselves in peace. Things are moving in the right direction. While it's natural to crave more, patience is more important as government moves to set things right. The progress made so far is visible for all to see. Good Luck to Nigeria. |

dynaci:The rice never get to the senatorial district.Nigeria senators are 90% part of the problems of the country, they waste four years there without anything to show. They are ready accomplices with the executive to fleece the nation. Just imagine, where they took this rice to, maybe they are stored in their warehouse waiting for 2027 |

FG also has a blame. Did they monitor the distribution? Did they demand feedback? They know that an average politician is a thief. So, in such situations, you monitor the implementation. First, make it known to Nigerians that such money was released. Second, ask the lawmakers to give evidence of the distribution. They should mention the date, place and the manner they want to distribute them. FG should send a monitoring team. And it should be covered by video and the press. I repeat, our present leaders are mentally lazy. |
