why did wike or the other governors decide to divide PDP vote, they felt presidency should be the turn of the south according to their PDP constitution which Atiku and his gangs didn't follow because of too much Dollars.If they feel Wike,ortom, makinde and others are doing antiparty activities, they can ask them to leave the party abi that one isn't division too.you are talking about constitution as if it's you alone that is aware of it.In the Wike/Fubara issue , it is already a good ground for division which you know in ur mind even if you don't want to confess or say it out.I do not support Wike trying to control the Governor but politics remain politics as I do not know what both of them agreed on and a governor can not be destroying structure built with tax payers money because of perceived enemy, it is wrong.Now they have signed agreement so we can as well say the destruction was just a waste of tax payers money.
The governor and Wike camp can only agree to move the state forward as the governor got enormous powers however the state assembly members in Wike's camp can decide to override governors decision even say during a budget scrutiny so at the end of the day they will just be blocking each other's way and the citizens will suffer for it.
Lastly you and I can not declare anyone seat vacant.it is the prerogative of the court of law to do that or does the constitution gives you, Fubara camp to do such.you also know the answer.Goodluck
