Been/being, there/their, Am/I'm etc.
Our standards have definitely fallen in Nigeria so I can't blame these people who mix it up. There are still good teachers and schools out there nonetheless. More importantly, people should take self / personal development seriously.

The kid is facing the woman in the green, therefore her. Secondly, she's wearing flats and that makes sense because she's in her home, unlike the woman in the red with heels on. Lastly, her tense body language speaks volume because she's probably tending to the kid as she chats, unlike the other woman who is just sitting there chillin'.
