According to him the ruling, a resounding validation of the electoral process, has sparked immense happiness and relief among the good people of Zamfara state.

Upholding what? When all govs have got to retain their seats including the one with stuffed ballot papers with no INEC signatures, dates and stamps which our "honourable" judges referred to as "INEC marks" .
