Yea you are right , she just went mad for a minute and this brought out d darkness in man.The young man should also be dealt with,sure hope he survises this ,he was a devil himself ,you have a senior as your next door reading for exams and u chose to go loud on music partying with friends when I'llyour self ought to be studying as a group or alone !I just pray she finds mercy, she won't dare that level of anger again , the bros sef will get sense next time and respect people's boundary. The only thing there is illegal detention, but the question is did the guy report it to the appropriate authority such as the police.

The fact remains the girl was attacked in her apartment and she defended herself. Except there is an eye witness account who would say on siting the guy, the girl went to her kitchen brought a knife and stabbed the guy without the guy laying hands on the girl, I don't see her going to jail.

This is why we need to be careful, the fact say we fit beat person no mean say make we fight am, it only takes one wrong move to end it all.

A sad situation but I'm almost tempted to say it serves him right.

People take their freedom too far.

Your actions are causing someone else pain or discomfort but you feel being inconsiderate is a medal of honor. See where it landed him.

If you've lived with some of these people, you'd realise they're roaming nuisances.

And as for the girl, she'll learn to control her anger. She should get a good lawyer who can help her.

When you hold someone somewhere against their will - no matter how little the time - that's kidnapping. The courts don't care about your emotion. I don't know where you read that it happened in her apartment. The fact that he did not report the case to the police does not mean she's immune from prosecution.
You just make shit up as you go, don't you? Have you ever been to court? If he hires a good lawyer he could make at least 2 of those charges stick and some more.
