Combine your remote work and the full time. You can multitask.

there is a way around it, you don't pick the 3 jobs same day

I pick one, get comfortable with it deliver or almost deliver the product, when there is less to do in the first one I pick another and
repeat same process with the second, and then add the third

I avoid software development companies because those ones their product/job no dey finish, rather I choose companies that have their own product,

currently, I have almost nothing doing in the first 2 companies just maintenance, so I have lots of time for the new hybrid I just pick
over time (maybe after a year or so), this my latest company we won't have much doing after building 2 or 3 major software

[/quote pls what is the nature of job or work

Stop typing bullshit.

There are no 200 million people in Nigeria praying to get the job

Nigeria is declining fast because most of the good brains have left the country. The mediocre and poorly educated are the ones roaming the streets looking for job. Give them that job and they won't be able to deliver or improve the system. It's all garbage in garbage out. This is made worse by the poor working conditions of the employee as a result of poor working standards and poor labour laws.

200k is less than $200 dollars.

Minimum wage was $100 few years ago. Now minimum wage is less than $30.

So, most Nigerians are merely earning minimum wage or less given current cost of living.

So, allow the guy to freely choose whatever direction he wants to take without making him look desperate or foolish. He's probably more skilled than you and I'm sure he's planning to leave the country for fools like you to keep pushing the useless narrative that 200million people are jumping at a job that pays them less than minimum wage.
There are still well educated and skilled individuals in the country. It may come as a surprise to you that not everyone has been affected by the japa syndrome. It's wrong to think that our workforce is largely filled with mediocre minds, it's an insult to those working tirelessly to the best of their abilities in spite of the various limitations.

Oga, Nigeria's current workforce is largely filled with mediocre minds. It is the reason why Nigeria is plunging deeper into its current economic mess and the workforce are busy thinking of how to get to their job post everyday to earn the next paycheck instead of rising up to challenge the establishment that is responsible for the plight the country faces.

Since the commercialisation of crude oil, Nigeria's development index has been declining like price of bitcoin in a bear market... And the mediocre minds who have been controlled and brainwashed by religion keep folding their hands while hoping that "tomorrow go better."

You just don't know how shitty the country has become.

Line up 50 workers in any organisation today and test their knowledge of processes and how to bring improvement to their respective operational systems and areas... Don't be surprised that 40-45 of them won't know zilch.

And they won't be bothered because their employment condition doesn't encourage personal growth and development. Theirs is just to keep doing what they're told by their employer who will never fail to remind them that their are millions of people outside waiting to do their job... No good salary, no good incentives, nothing.

Just a ton of pressure to keep working like a slave, and when you drop dead (quit), they'll quickly find another zombie replacement for that unfortunate soul.

Again, sir, Nigeria's current workforce is largely filled with mediocre minds. Whether or not it's their faul is another topic for another day.

If you have two remote jobs that don't require you to be in the office, you can hire someone to handle those tasks while you focus on the 650k jobs. You would only supervise and handle any issues that arise. If you're open to this approach and need assistance, I'd be happy to help. You can contact me at auduabass2015@gmail.com.

You just have to decide based on your long term goals. What exactly are you looking for? A long career or moving up fast and possibly changing skill along the line?

Let me use my experience for example, I left the fastest growing company in Africa (google them) in 2023. They have a fair compensation, benefits and a healthy work environment I must add, for a startup. The decision was hard, but I made it based on my long term goals.
To be honest, startups are BRUTAL! Every second you are reminded why it needs to work! Because if it doesn't, you are back to square one! Job searching.

But then, think of the startup as your own project, because you have a higher chance of moving up the ladder in a startup.
Secondly, the pay is almost twice what you are earning, if you could save 50% of that monthly and you work for 6 months before the startup runs out of fund (if they do) that's equivalent to working a year in your current positions. Think of it as having six months free. If you are really good at what you do, you shouldn't stay unemployed for up to three months before getting another job.

An alternative would be to drop the 150k remote and keep 650 + 200 if possible.

Best!
