I actually don't take churches who fix church activities at such hours seriously. Even the Bible made us understand that God during creation worked for 6days and on the seventh day he rested. Early in the morning and evening is okay for church activities for those who can attend, anything beyond 7:30am is an aberration.

I remember one time my office wanted to employ admin assistant and one of the girls said she has to leave work early on Wednesday and Fridays to meet her church programs.
