Wow!!! This is really a step in the Right Direction and sincerely this government just scored a very big goal with this process I believe that this one step will save a lot of people who have fallen victim to Land scammers a very big relief Let me quickly add this,even though the portal has been launched there are certain provisions that still require you to use the services of a Registered Surveyor,it is not an all comers affair In all,this is a big step in easing transactions of property in Lagos and will significantly cut off the unnecessary Bereaucracy associated with Land purchase and Documentation in Lagos State Still selling good properties with good titles at the Ibeju Lekki Industrial Hub, kindly click on my signature for more details 62 Likes 5 Shares |

See the system is sometimes perfect with no flop. It is when human interfere with the system, it corrupts.. The government/ governor has done a great job but watch out, it will soon flop and u will see many issues arising from it.. Good one. What I think we need most as a matter of urgency in Nigeria is re-orientation as a people because I see no reason why someone will sell a land and want to resell in the nearest future. Or someone won't make proper enquiries before buying a parcel of land. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Thumbs up to the Deputy Governor Oga Hamzat the tech guy in government .. Technology is suppose to make life easy and seamless ... I HOPE the Tax man would learn and make it easy for Okey Chukwu and Son's bank statement to be able to allow him know the estimated tax accrued to him from his company bank statement and hold on to the money in a temporary placeholder, till he gets a financial consultant if need be to contest him paying less or more ...
