Over time, it has expanded its offerings to include Consultancy/Transaction Advisory Services, as well as Maritime and Environmental Waste Management, catering to a diverse clientele from both the private and public sectors. The company is owned and managed by her husband, Engr. Sulaiman Akao Achimugu, who is a renowned engineer and contractor.

Achimugu is also involved in the oil and gas sector, as she is the chairperson of SAM Oil and Gas Limited, a company that engages in the exploration, production, and distribution of petroleum products. She is also a member of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) and the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA).
