I am sure he is calling out the Igbos because if you look at the presidential result, it is only in the south east zone that the other two presidential candidates couldn't win a state due to their religious and ethnic backgrounds that was not in tandem with Igbos. Don't also forget that Peter Obi once told Anambara people not to vote for Ngige of ACN because he was in a Yoruba party. Tribalistic sentiments is particularly most prominent in the east.
