Especially world war 2.. millions of men died in that war. That had a long term impact.

Also, no more empires to maintain. UK had a large army when it had a mighty empire. Since the 1960s,that empire has been dismantled. It would be a waste of kudi to keep up the army.

Do they lost more men than Russia or Israel? Over reliance on America and woke culture is what is weakening them.

1. Russia's own is just as bad. They maintain numbers in their forces by using the draft system. All the other European countries ended draft systems by the 1960s. Usa ended it by 1972.

2. As for Israel, they and south Korea face existential threats.Millitaty service is mandatory for almost everyone. In Israel's case, women inclusive. That's why they have a strong army.
