The Secetary to the Osun State Government, Hon. Teslim Igbalaye has joined thousands of well-wishers home and abroad in congratulating the Osun State Deputy Speaker, RT. Hon. Abidemi Akinyode Oyewusi, as he celebrates his birthday today.
