Well, about pre-degree in UI, I am not so sure. I saw some people about 2 or 3 years ago that I'd thought came for pre-degree exam, but I have not seen any more since then. But I think there is a diploma programme, which I guess the distance learning centre should be in charge of. You can Google "university of ibadan distance learning centre" for the site info or check the main school site ui.edu.ng. Hope this helps.
