Just one crazy stupid jamb form like that jare. Ui sef, they cleared that first page telling us about acceptance form deadline too quick and the forms we're to download are there o but can't remember seeing jamb b003. I think I saved the page on my bro's phone as I was checking my name but i'm not too sure sha but just incase I do, i'll share it here anyway I can

There's one from jamb and one from ui but ui never put their own. I never check the jamb own sha cos you know say that scratch card dey limited to just 5 times and na once I don use am and I no wan dey waste am. I go chill small, maybe when jamb tells me I have admission on that ' admission checking ' link

shey na scratch card wey u use for original result slip u dey talk about I beliv say u go still buy anoda one for admission letter printin cos it was written on d card dat i can omly b used for only one of result slip printing nd admission letter printing, shey i correct?

I'll be in ui in a few minutes. My friend who did the second clearance last year daud they made sure everything they needed for registration was complete before they collected acceptance form. So guys, if you live far away, try getting everything ready before coming

How'd you submit yours? I'm just coming from the admissions office and they said I should come back with it next week for clearance. Ui is the most frustrating uni in this nigeria o, see as they wasted person's time , what if I had come from a very far distance now

Went to room3( the room for college of medicine ) and was asked to make 3 more copies of it to make it four. A lady collected it, brought out a new form with columns and I was asked to fill it. I am the first person to submit under dentistry supplementary list. That's all
