Leave the fool alone. He is obviously not an Igbo person, trying to bring Igbos into a case that has nothing to do with Igbos.

Igbos will rather play a peace-making role that be part of any gang-up.

Which peace role?
More like observe both from afar while minding our own business.

This is a needless altercation.

When people are still thinking of how to source the next meal, these ones are remapping ancestral lands in order to claim oil subventions.

The federal government should enact a law that all disputed lands amongst communities which state governments are incapable of resolving peacefully should be forfeited to the federal government.

No!
Shall be divided in half by FG and each community given half if it is unresolvable

This is only for communities with historical claims in that area not outsiders

Nobody can just come from Sokoto and start dragging Ibadan or go from Ijebu to start dragging kano those ones should be given N100 Million fine by FG straight

Oga, wetin carry Igbos enter this matter now? Leave the Igbos out of your madness!
Allow the two tribes to settle amicably!
Both monikers are olaniyis from okitipupa trying cause confusion, throwing in Igbos and then rousing another minority tribe against them , it is part of their plans involving using nairaland as a pedestal to replace the Igbos with the minorities according to them , my Igbo ppl these tihiefnubu ppl are a serious existential threat to us, rise up and resist and defend your lives

What you stated is the recommended default setting.

I'm only just saying that if Igbos are forced to get involved, it will be neutral, and wont be taking sides. That in itself can be considered a peace role.

But I am diametrically opposed to Igbos taking any group's side.

Oboi shut up osinso!!..

Igbos fought the whole of Nigeria,,and it only took the support of the British government, Egyptian mercenaries and lots more to bring down the Igbos..

Question come be: ‘who come be Yoruba again?

Fought the whole of Nigeria with foreign aid, both Biafra and Nigeria get help from foreign aid before Nigeria govt blocked means of foods to win the war

That's not a fight

OfoIgbo, it's been a long time I see you posting your "attachee by force" threads about Rivers state.
You have finally accept the fact Bonny and Opobo are Ijaws.

Fight is bringing a physical combat to your door steps, moving to other people doors steps to fight

Not people bringing fight to your region, what southeast did during civil war was resistance and defence, you people fight nothing

Opobo and Ubani will never be Ijaw areas.

I believe the Ibibios are currently teaching you guys a lesson in Akwa Ibom at present. Please concentrate on that. Your land-grabbing will eventually crash.
Ijaws trying to use the Bonny format in Akwa-Ibom. Don't you know you guys are just exposing yourselves?

as a matter of fact. Any side the Igbo support will have an edge over the other. Apart from the government, the richest people there are igbos.

Please leave Igbos out of this issue. I'm sure the two tribes mentioned can come to an agreement on their own.

Because akwa ibom allowed the jaw to do fishing business in those local government doesn't make it an ijaw local government...indimie generation....get your facts right... topic like this is the reason why ijaw will be chased out of akwa ibom.

Same way igbo tried to claim lagos ...

Take your Igbo-hating nonsense out of here. This thread has nothing to do with us.

You people only know how to instigate. When wahala happens you'll be found no where. You won't even come online to console them.

You guys have a very bad history of this type of behavior. Look at Benue state today. After claiming Benue state is Biafra, that they are your brothers, you never sent men to help them against the Fulani invaders killing them and taking their land.

Igbos, leave Ijaw alone. I'm very sure this issue in Akwa Ibom state will be settled amicably.

Benue is a part of Nigeria. Why don't you send your men to fight for them?

fear fear talk.

Igbos are in it, because our cousins are involved. It might get to a life or death thing, we know our side in this.

During the ijaw vs itsekiri war, didn't igbos support ijaws. What benefit did the igbos get? When Oga Obj wanted to really deal with them, wasn't it the igbos that did diplomacy on their behalf. What did the igbos get? If not, sabotage, hate, encouraging the others on doing genocide against the igbos, discriminating against the igbos in Rivers, etc.

Igbos have tried to find peace and live in peace with them, but dem think say, their head hot pass. They think we are weak to defend ourselves.

At the end of the day, igbos love peace and respectful coexistence, but will not cower to bullies or people that want to genocide us or cousins.

We are not involved. The only thing that concerns us with South-South are the other Igbos there. We have nothing to do with minorities and they have nothing to do with us.

Simple.

You think say na by talk.

How many mean toys you dun buy, bring in, and train people on. How many strategies you dun advice or implement to help save the tribe from the crocodiles around.
You think say na 10-10 wey other tribes dey play abi.

Broaden your thinking. All igbos (men and women) are needed to help against any planned genocide against us. And, our cousins are our issue, when the others try to genocide them.

Read your history well..

Biafrans got hold of Benin city and was matching forward to grab the then capital (Lagos) before saboteurs sold them off and Nigerian forces rounded Biafra through calabar .

Security Intelligence is part of war, if they couldn't gather enough Information before they matched on and allow saboteur to sell them out shows they were never mentally fit to fight a war

I see them as a fellow majority in the Nigerian project. As a people they are jovial and fun to be with, our worldview are different as they pay more attention to respect based on age especially, Igbos pay more attention to achievement, I think the Yorubas are easily manipulated especially on tribal angle; I don’t think they can risk their life for anyone else, only sparingly for their own; they don’t like confrontational warfare but they are not as sophisticated as they would like to think, they appreciate the easy life in their majority but not a fan of sweat or blood.
Yorubas are great people. They aren't cowards as many chest beaters think. Rather, they are diplomatic beings that consider options before acting. They are entertaining, entrepreneuring and place respect not only on age but achievement too. Their liberal life is what's holding Nigeria together. Know this, the day Yorubas said there's no more one Nigeria is the end of Nigeria.

I luagh at Yoruba holding Nigeria together lol. They are the most secessionist minded people. If anyone is holding Nigeria together that’s the Igbos. The moment Igbos goes Nigeria ends. Briefly In 1967 we saw that. No one will fight if Yorubas really chose to go. As for the rest of the things you said they are your opinion and yiu are free to hold them

Yorubas are holding Nigeria together. Do you recall biafra?
If not for Yorubas, Igbos ll v left. Maybe a collaboration of Igbo and Yorubas for presidency in Nigeria before breakup.

The one you hold back from leaving is the one holding the system. So if Igbo could have been allowed to leave do you think Nigeria could have survived till this day. Do you think if Fulani say that they are leaving Nigeria Yorubas and everyone else could have fought to stop that? Do you see anyone take Oduduwa agitators seriously
