Our Client, a Leading Super Market in Ikorodu area of Lagos, Nigeria is looking to fill the following vacancy: Sales Rep/Teller 1. Sales Rep. Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket buyers and managers. 2. Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within the supermarket to drive sales. 3. Implement promotional strategies to boost product awareness and sales. 4. Monitor inventory levels, recommend restocking, and coordinate with distribution teams. 5. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective in-store promotions and displays. 7. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 8. Prepare and present sales reports, detailing achievements and areas for improvement. 9. Stay informed about industry developments and product enhancements. Qualifications: – Proven experience in supermarket sales or a related field. – Strong negotiation and communication skills. – Familiarity with retail merchandising and promotional strategies. – Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supermarket personnel. – Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong organizational and team building skills, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Educational Qualification: Applicants must have SSCE, OND, HND or BSC with a minimum of Lower Credit/ 5 Credit for SSCE Salary: SSCE= N30,000. OND/NCE= 35,000. HND/BSE= N45,000. with increment after 6 month of work. 2. Teller. Responsibilities: The job holder would be: Responsible for confirming cash amount received from tellers. Responsible for bundling cash received into denominations and placing it in an on-site safe as well as processing cash bundles for shipment to the bank Explain, Advise on and promote Super market products and services to customers Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures. Skills: Strong organizational and team building skills, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
