Some of the government officials would hoard them and divert them to their greedy private pockets and then concoct stories over the palliatives.

a state where u still hear no standard hospital among the ones controlled by State and when the federal centres are overwhelmed u start hearing no bed space and the patient and caregiver are helpless.5Billion of that amount can build a standard cardiac or renal centre or even upgrade most of the general hospitals to a better one with good service.or even if na truly them wan use am quench hunger, there are better ways to do it .go to there hospitals and you see malnourish children everywhere.cant they come up with a standard feeding program to take care of this kids.this palliative is just an avenue to divert public fund.state that is yet to implement the 30k minimum wage talking about 12B palliative is an unserious state
