The people on the other hand are apt to think poorly of others on weak evidence which is then reinforced by confirmation, bias, as people give more weight to evidence that supports a preconception, than evidence which contradicts it. Most people on social media are driven by emotions rather than pure logic. So many people have left the pertinent question in pursuit of personal vendetta; especially when it is someone who contradicts their own lifestyle. This is an orchestrated plan and a gang up to destroy this young man’s reputation which he has built over the years with tears, selflessness, passion, determination and zeal. This is a young man with good track record and verifiable proof. Do not be quick to cast judgment due to the false narratives being dished out by the enemies; let us be guided by conscience and truth.

BACKGROUND
Emmanuel Onyeka Okoh popularly known as Okwuluora hails from Nkanu in Enugu State. He is a selfless entity whose benevolent, philanthropy and goodwill have attracted men and women of timbers and calibers to his page on a mission to save lives. Most of the cases he handled can be seen on his Facebook platform named “Okwuluora” with over 500k followers. Due to his high level of accountability and integrity in handling public funds, donated directly to the account of the sick ones, mostly kidney failures, and other life threatening ailments; he has won people’s hearts, mostly the influential men and women from the South East, and those in diaspora.
Okwuluora is that young man who can spare his last dime to save a dying soul.
A young man whose happiness is to see others succeed and fulfilled
A young man who is not rich materially but very rich in the hearts of men
A man whose true mission on earth is to save lives through voluntarily giving and rallying support for others, whom he barely knows or has any form of ulterior motive(s).
A gentle man who has saved so many lives from the land of Imo State, down to Anambra State, Ebonyi State, Abia State, Edo State, River State, Lagos State, Abuja and Enugu State to mention but a few.
A man who is living a life of total self emptying.
A prominent broadcaster, OAP, activist, rhetorician, public speaker, soccer analyst, historian and philanthropist. He is the founder of Good Man Youth Network. “Okwuluora” means “One who speaks on behalf of the people”, has used and continues to use his platform to speak out for the vulnerable, sick, helpless, the needy, the oppressed and humanity at large. His genuine acts of charity towards the sick especially those with kidney failure and other life threatening ailments have garnered him a large following and immense love from his tribesmen.
He has equally launched a campaign against kidney failure, where people can come and do free kidney function tests, and equally sensitize them on the need for a healthy lifestyle in-order to curb the incessant cases of kidney failure. He also aided retired Igbo musicians such as Okey Jakota, Brother Okwy, Uche Ifeanacho Akunne, and many more. The notable Okey Jakota from Okija who sang “Oge Chi Di Mma” later had a song with Anyi Dons to show his deepest appreciation to Okwuluora, who he never met in person before being led by the spirit to assist him.
Okwuluora is that young man whose tears in his platform alone can awaken the spirit of even his enemies to support a dying person. A large number of people who survived kidney transplant and other health challenges can equally be seen online. According to a young man who went to India on the intervention of Okwuluora; narrated how he ate through his nose for three days; he also said that he walked through the valley of the shadow of death. He went further to narrate how they have to connect so many pipes on his body to remove bad blood and other toxic substances from his body; to the glory of God, he survived it. If someone can use his platform to save a soul; which he has been consistently doing; would the same person use the same platform to destroy lives?
He is that young man that motivates the youths in their various Universities through organizing regular quiz competitions and seminars in their various campuses. Many won cash prizes, laptops, phones, scholarships, food items and start up capitals for their mini businesses. It is also pertinent to note that, all these events, seminars and competitions did not come with any registration free or payment of any such; they were all free of charge; as so many people in Nigeria and Diaspora always support such events and in most cases; he will spend extra, and equally pledge to fulfill any unfulfilled promise at each of the event; and he has never failed to fulfilled any such promises. When we want to talk about a man; we have to talk about his antecedents and his character which have gained him huge followership. Those who are pushing a wrong narrative about this innocent young man are just cowed by his rise to stardom for staying consistent and transparent in helping humanity.
Due to his outstanding leadership and contributions in the society, on November 28th 2022, he was awarded the merit award “Leadership beyond Politics”.
Just like VDBM said, a well respected person in the South EAST, not only is he respected but one of the most beloved and valued personalities in the eastern part of Nigeria and beyond. Okwuluora has paid his price of greatness and in full; those who are fighting this great guy; should ask what happened to Judas Iscariot; the tears of the innocent souls he saved will continue to speak and pave way for him. Thanks to his benevolent heart, passion for the sick, dedication to helping others, and unwavering commitment to advocating for the oppressed.
Okwuluora is currently supporting his brothers at Rangers Football Club through a massive inflow of sponsors and drawing attention to the once neglected football club. He has already launched billboards at strategic places in Enugu State and equally used his online presence to rally support for the club. This is someone whose happiness lies in seeing people succeed, while someone would link him or try to tarnish his image with a false narrative without even trying to hear his own side of the story. Why will those whom he never wanted to be friends with, trying so hard to crucify an innocent man on the altar of falsehood? Strong people do not pull others down, they lift them up.
Sometimes it is morally wrong to treat persons as means. When a person says that someone is treating him merely as a means, for example, he often implies that she is failing to abide by a moral norm.
So many people are blaming the young man for deleting the group and removing every member of the group.
Those in these categories should answer the following questions?
What was the aim of creating the group?
Did Okwuluora advertise any form of business in the group?
Did Okwuluora endorse any business (COS) in the group?
Did anyone reach out to Okwuluora on the phone before giving out money to Mrs. Flo?
How is Okwuluora part of the crime?
Does it mean that if I create a Facebook page and someone dropped a comment on my post and another Facebook user who is following my page started communicating with the person through messenger, on business purposes without my notice, and eventually things went south; the victim would come out to say that I scammed him or her simply because he met the scammer on the comment section of my page. If that is the case, Mark Zuckerberg will be liable to so much crime and criminality going on, on his social media network, many people do not even read or try to understand the rules of engagement and the legal rights of internet users; most especially on social media.
Why are the likes of Chokomilo, Afikpo Chic and their cronies so bitter about the existence of Okwuluora?
By fighting this young man, can they present to us, how many people they have saved of any serious ailment or just post about support on their page and get enough funding within 24 hours?

Why are people making villains out of Okwuluora while the main culprit, Mrs. Flo is still in the UK moving freely?
Since Chocomilo and his cronies have enough contact in the UK, why can’t they use the same connection to arrest the person that collected the money for the COS?
Whose account was used to receive the money for the COS?
Did Mrs. Flo say that Okwuluora is her accomplice?
Apart from the Whatsapp group, does Mrs. Flo know Okwuluora in person?
Does taking random pictures with celebrities mean that the person knows the celebrity personally?
I believe answering the above questions would give us clue to the above subject matter, and so we begin;

BRIEF ANALYSIS
A whatsapp group was created because of the coming of Okwuluora to UK, the purpose of the group was achieved, as Okwuluora visited UK and left afterwards, he wanted to close down the group since its objective have been achieved but so many of them pleaded that the group should still exist, since so many new students and Igbo immigrants are benefiting positively from the group. Months passed and a lady in the UK named MRS. FLO from Imo State started advertising about issuing of COS on the group without reaching out to Okwuluora. Many were blinded by the false testimonies of Mrs. Flo’s claims on getting COS for people and they started giving her money. Nobody consulted Okwuluora to verify the business or stand as a surety. They were running their illegal business from advertising for COS in the whatsapp group to moving inboxes to chat with the COS lady, 90% of the victims even visited the woman in her house to give her their own money for the COS, which was approximately 200,000.00 pounds. Those giving her money also failed to understand that it is a crime and illegal to buy or sell COS in the UK. Anyone who wants to run a fraudulent activity always target celebrities or influential people that has good name, the person will like to take pictures with the person or stay around with the person in any public occasion; so whenever a video of such gathering or pictures pop up, his or her victims will believe the genuineness of the person having been seen with such an influential person. A sane mind would consult Okwuluora before proceeding to do business with the lady on the platform, now they got scammed and they remembered that the group was created in the name of Okwuluora. Amebo Chairlady wrote on Facebook and I quote “I snapped a picture with Apamatv when he visited the UK, does it mean Apamatv knows me too well? Okwuluora is a celebrity so anybody can snap with him.” The above comment is a counter to the false narrative being dished by VDM.


ALLEGATIONS LEVELED AGAINST HIM AND REFUTATIONS
Okwuluora was accused of scamming people on COS. Well, the above assertion sounds like a fairly tale and a wrong report in-order to malign his image; it was never Okwuluora that scammed people, rather Mrs. Flo that resides in the UK.
According to one of the victims that spoke on the live video of Okwuluora on the 9th of December 2023; he said that he did not consult Okwuluora or shared receipts of his payment with Mrs. Flo for the COS.
Okwuluora even said that he will come to the UK and report the matter to the UK Police and UK Government but they blatantly refused.
If Okwuluora is a criminal as falsely accused; how was he able to gain people’s trust to fund sick people on his platform?
If Okwuluora was a scammer, how was he able to have such respect in South East, just like VDBM asserted, that he is well respected in the South East, does anyone respect a thief or a criminal? Does anyone like to associate with a criminal?
Why are the people he rejected their offer of friendship, and those he quitted being friends, the one fighting him with regard to the ongoing saga?
How can someone be accused of using his personal account to collect donations of sick people whereas in actual sense; the accounts being used are the one of the sick persons? (Visit his real Facebook Page “Okwuluora” and verify.
So many celebrities have taken pictures with people they do not know in real life; does it mean when someone that pleaded to take a picture with them commits a crime; they will be liable for such crime, even when they don’t know each other in real life?
When has social media become the law court?

At the juncture, the public demands evidence of where and how Okwuluora collected money from anyone or endorsed the COS transactions on the Whatsapp platform.
So many of us belongs to so many whatsapp groups and in most occasions; a scammer enters the group and start spamming the group with investment and business of any such; some gullible members will directly inbox the spammer without informing the admin who might be very busy or may have archived the group. When the gullible ones who fell into such trap got scammed, they will eventually come after the admin of the group who is not even privy of the whole business transaction. The admin may offer to assist the victims recover their money but he or she should not be castigated or bullied while making efforts to help or make positive move to recover the money of the victims; such assistance is not a right but a privilege. If Okwuluora is an ordinary person; I wonder if anyone will be willing to involve his or herself in this kind of matter, not to talk of assisting the gullible victims; not after the media character assassination on the person’s personality. You are doing it because it is Okwuluora; try it with a Senator or Governor, and see the outcome. There are so many people that cannot take this level of humiliation and intimidation.

Why is Chokomilo spending money heavily on media propaganda and paying influencers to antagonize, dehumanize and push false narratives against Okwuluora; why has he and the victims not reported to the UK authority; since the said lady (Mrs. Flo) is also residing in the UK, your guess is as good as mine; to me; I would rather allow the law to take its full course after investigation, since the law enforcement agencies will soon be notified on this matter; and the court to sentence the accused person when found guilty than coming to the media to propagate lies and rumors in-order to tarnish the image of another person.
There are a lot of stories that aren't adding up; can the public know why Very Dark Black Man never emphasized on the lady (Mrs. Flo) that is the culprit on his two videos, and was constantly focusing on Okwuluora, asserting that he will be the one to send him to prison; To many, this is a witch-hunt which is clearly motivated to bring the young man to his knees, in a crime he know nothing about; but truth be told; no one can bring down someone God is helping.




Philosophers love to conduct thought experiments. Often these involve rather bizarre situations, and critics wonder how relevant these thought experiments are to the real world. But the point of the experiments is to help us clarify our thinking by pushing it to the limits. In Okwuluora’s case, we must ask relevant questions in order not to dance to the tune of the propagandist who can’t withstand how such a fellow is receiving Goodwill and support from good people. Let this case not seem like the Basic Trolley Problem which was put forward in 1967 by the British Moral Philosopher Phillipa Foot, who is well known for reviving virtue ethics. You can’t sacrifice a good man because of a few bad men who want his downfall by all means.
I have taken time to read commentaries on the antagonizes of this young man, I see genuine love for this young man in the comment section. I see passionate people who are out to defend him. The love is so natural and the passion so real. It all balls down to having a good influence on people and having people defend you when people are out to tarnish your image. I understand that so many people are using influential people to spring up their already falling criminal enterprise and bad reputation.
Let us also know that accusing someone wrongly can have a major negative impact on the person, mentally, socially, professionally and legally. A false accusation may lead to more accusations, rumors and confrontations. It is advisable that Okwuluora should stand up at this point and use every available legal means; some people might not be satisfied with the truthful version of events due to envy, greed and willful and unjustified hatred. God never forsakes his own and he always vindicates the just and restore in triple folds; all that was lost due to false accusations.
Those secretly fighting this young man should sheath their sword. Think about the lives saved as a result of his influence. Think about the many students whose hope would have dashed, if he didn’t intervene in their lives through cash support and educational materials.

Please kindly return the money of these victims. Save the reputation of this young man who is falsely accused of being a party to the crime you committed solely. Own up to your crime and shame the devil. Please refund the victims and seek peace with them. Coming to social media to say that you do not have money to pay people portrays wickedness on your own part. Please try and sell properties you have and pay people. Try and meet with your family members, friends and well wishers to assist you in paying people their money. You should have at least 200 people willing to donate money to you in order to pay the victims. You are the person that has this case and you should be responsible for it. Madam Flo, you have been doing this business of COS, how can you carry a huge amount of money and give to a Zimbawean, knowing full well that you have not received anyone from your source. I do not believe that you gave all the money to the man you claimed that absconded with the money. You are too relaxed and not willing to refund the victims their money. Come down from your high horse and pay these people their money. Do not make an innocent man suffer for a crime he did not commit. I understand the fact that the UK Government does not work the way Nigeria Government does; because if you happen to be in Nigeria; you would have coughed that money. All this while the whole saga was going on; you never did any live video to state the real situation; in your mind, you want another person to suffer for your crime through the false narratives being dished out on social media by his enemies in a bid to discredit him.

Is your concern truly for the victims to get justice or to fight Okwuluora on VENDETTA?
You bragged about sending Okwuluora to prison, when have you become Chief Justice of the Federation that gives verdict on cases?
Did you ever consult Okwuluora to hear his own side of the story if truly you want to tour the part of truth, fairness and justice?
Has any case been judged without hearing from both parties, why did you jump to conclude on false narratives dished out to you by people whose mission is not to get justice for the victims but on vendetta?
Does it occur to you that you have indirectly made yourself a willing tool to be used in this campaign of calumny, wickedness and character assassination?
What does the cyber crime and cyber bullying act you made mention in your video say?
A good media activist must LEARN how to dissect issues and hear from both parties before drawing out his personal opinion but in this case, you drew your conclusion with the false narratives given to you. You positioned yourself as the “Almighty” who decides who walks freely and who enters “Prison”, I doubt if any sincere and fair Judge will draw a verdict without hearing from both parties.
You have been a lone voice fighting against fake organic vendors in Nigeria; there is no doubt that those fake skin care products have caused more harm than good to the health of individuals and those who rely on such products. Many kidney failures we have in Nigeria are attributed to such fake products. All the period Okwuluora was busy advocating for healthy kidneys through sensitization and appealing for support for victims of kidney failures, you have never used your platform to appreciate him for doing what ordinary your house of assembly member cannot do; we left our common enemy in this part of the world to chase clout, simply because we are afraid to face the reality. As you are busy analyzing how he went to delete whatsapp group, have you taken time to analyze the whole situation from the beginning, have you taken time to invite Okwuluora one on one before coming to social media to threaten the young man who has been selflessly saving so many lives in Nigeria. Have you taken time to invite him for a meeting and he refused to honor it? Have you taken time to check his numerous activities and on his platform and discern in actual sense if a person of that caliber can actually do such a thing? On what basis should Okwuluora be answerable to you? When has social media become the law?, or does VDBM decide who walks freely in Nigeria and who enters the prison? You decided to conduct your investigation by hearing from a particular side without balancing your judgments, you were silent when the young man was selflessly saving a lot of lives but decided to be a willing tool to accuse him falsely for a crime he never committed, and I think your very own existence ought to be questioned.
To me, this is a case of scripted character assassination. Will I call it media exuberance that is leading you to assert things without having concrete evidence or digesting your information appropriately before coming to the media? Does it mean you are yet to learn anything from your detention for cyber bullying and cyber stalking?
You went ahead to assert that you will send Okwuluora to prison; you even admitted that Igbos love him so much, and you have the temerity to dish out false narratives on an innocent man. You said that Okwuluora uses his account to collect donations whereas; he has never used his personal account to collect any donation for any sick person. A fact check on his page will prove to you that the donations go directly to the sick person’s account. The dangers of a single story can be very harmful and devastating. You failed to understand that those dishing you with these false narratives are enemies and those fighting him. We are equally waiting for the petition and to follow this matter legally to its logical end. You should be aware of so many errors in your videos, which your attention will be called soon by the higher authorities to explain; one who asserts, must be ready to prove; and anyone going to equity, must be there with clean hands. You have already sentenced Okwuluora on your social media court; be ready to prove every false narrative you have dished.
Okwuluora has come out to clear the air on his live video program today being Sunday 7th April, 2024. I hope you listened to the real culprit speak (Mrs. Flo); hope you have equally LEARNED from the exposition; that is why it is not proper to judge a book by its cover or judging a matter without listening from both sides. He has equally told you to team up with him to get justice for the victims. He has equally offered to pay your flight tickets to the UK, so as to get this matter resolved and the victims refunded. Hope you also listened when he said that someone was trying to bribe Lord Zeus to speak ill about him out of hatred and envy.

Mr. Chokomilo, I have seen the picture of you flanked with Okwuluora and some people circulating on social media and I have equally seen such pictures circulating during the Holy Week in the Catholic faith, as the Judas week; I equally viewed opinion of people and 99% comments on your antagonistic posts against Okwuluora were speaking in favor of the latter rather than you the poster. I equally observed that whenever you want to get traffic on your page, you start calling Okwuluora. I have equally done a private investigation linking you with a top Malaysian guy who wants Okwuluora down by all means simply because they claim that Okwuluora is no longer taking their calls or doesn’t want to open an NGO since they have been the one supporting his activities willingly before. There is so much evidence and proof in this regard. You are in UK, and Mrs. Flo is in UK, do you think that coming to social media to shout Okwuluora on daily basis would make the scammer (Mrs. Flo)to bring out the money; obviously, no, the scammer would just be laughing at your idiocy since you have left her to chase clout by calling the innocent Okwuluora, most times I wonder if you are truly an Igbo man, because you actually talk like a parrot and like a woman; you lack discipline and strategy to pursue this matter. Men, who act, rarely talk; their presence chases the enemies’ camp away. Since Mrs. Flo is in the UK, why not gather the victims and file a report there; this would have helped the victims in recovering their money from MRS. FLO, you can equally invite Okwuluora to the UK; but rather than doing the right thing, you guys regrouped with the enemies of the young man and started castigating him on social media. The crime was committed in the UK and not in Nigeria. The FBI and Interpol should equally be involved. In all your ranting, I did not see where Okwuluora was indicted of such criminality or said to have collected money or given any percentage from the scam COS business. Those fighting the young man are obviously intimidated by the level of influence and grace following him. A simple online poll can put the records straight, I am for a healthy society devoid of crime, external aggression, hatred and wickedness; hence the need to build a better world. People should be made to take responsibility for their actions and not seek for whom to apportion blame or make villains. Mr. Chokomilo, let me rightly state that your incessant outburst on social media about this matter was not the right way to go about this case; there are so many respected people in Igbo land; the Governors, The Senators, The House of Representative Members, The House of Assembly Members, The Archbishops, The Bishops, The Priests, the traditional rulers, celebrities and traditionalists; you left all these people and hired a person, who agreed to fight your personal vendetta. So many people rejected the offer you made to them to push these false narratives on your fellow brother; “Onye gburu nwanne ya aburo Odogwu” an outsider can never settle quarrels between kinsmen. This matter will still be settled amongst ourselves even when it is already on court. You poisoned so many minds of people that are willing to help on this issue; due to your incessant outburst and ranting on social media; you equally forgot that the internet never forgets, “Scripta Manet”, what is written; is written. Those backing you on this dangerous journey will soon deny you when the chickens have finally come home to roost; till then , I will join in your chorus; “Where do we go from here”.

Stop recruiting people to hate people you are not in good terms with; you might be blocking them from their destiny helpers. When Jesus Christ was on earth; even those who were shouting HOSANNA HOSANNA rather retorted to CRUCIFY HIM CRUCIFY HIM; this shows the wickedness of men and the exigencies of life. The false accusation and the crucifixion of this young man would be a point of BREAKTHROUGH for him and his accusers would later come openly to apologize for being a willing tool for Satan to use. On 30th December, 2023, Okwuluora posted on his Facebook social media and mandated Mrs. Florence Ezem (Mrs. Flo), to refund the victims she scammed.

DADDY FREEZE, ADA OMAMBALA AND VERY DARK BLACK MAN CLASH ON THE COS MATTER

Ada Omambala whose name is Mary is a UK resident who also does the COS business, she usually collects huge money from people that need the COS route to relocate to the UK (note that it is illegal to buy or sell COS in the UK). She was one of those that messaged Mrs. Florence Ezem (Mrs. Flo) privately for the COS; she equally visited the said lady in her house in the UK. It was her greed about how cheap the COS was, that led her to start collecting as much as 10,000 pounds per one COS, as middle person in the business; she collected almost x3 of the amount requested for the COS by Mrs. Flo (details gathered on the course of investigation from victims). When the whole matter turned out to be fraud; she started threatening violence on the innocent young man whom she never consulted nor disclosed her business transaction with Mrs. Flo whom she met from the whatsapp group; from both of them chatting privately via inbox, to having a nice meal with a taste of classy red wine in Mrs Flo’s UK residence.

Responsible people own up to their mistakes and accept responsibility for their misdeeds without apportioning blame, or looking for whom to make scapegoat, or blame for their woes and insipid acts.
Mary went and recruited the enemies of the young man, sold a false narrative to them; went as far as getting a native doctor involved in-order to accomplish her evil agenda; she equally used reported the matter to a deadly deity in Anambra State to kill Okwuluora; when she could not accomplish her fight spiritually on the young man; they now regrouped to fight him physically on social media, in a bid to tarnish his image; there is no true deity that kills innocent people; if the lady fills that the deity where she went and reported the matter is powerless, she should equally try is  “Ala”, the dreaded god in Igbo land that carries out justice against wrong doers, or “Ikenga”, the god of strength and war, or “Ekwensu”, the god of war and is feared for his gruesome vengeance; while we that believe in the almighty God, will always call on Him to fight our battles and vindicate the just through legal means.  

You equally failed to tell the public, the initial plan your cartel has, which was to get the well respected Okwuluora to use his platform and do a fundraising for you; but the young man distanced himself from the whole issues; stating that no one informed him about the business nor sort his opinion before giving out money to the woman. It was at this juncture that the lady went straight to another native doctor to place the death penalty on the innocent young man, accusing him of being part of the COS business. Just like Anunuebe TV was shouting in one of his video in Igbo dialect and I quote, “Okwuluora so ika di du”, meaning, “So Okwuluora, you are still alive”, you want an innocent man dead for a crime he know nothing about, and for failing to dance to your music. Yes, he is still alive and will live many more years to fulfill his God given dreams, aspirations and mission on earth. Anunuebe TV on Facebook should be called to explain such a life threat when the time comes. She equally gave the date the young man will die, if her money were not refunded to her (the innocent young man is still alive after the date given to her by her native doctors, because he is innocent). It is also worthy of note that they went to the whatsapp group and was threatening violence, raining abuses on each other; the young man have to warn them to stop threatening each other and to find a solution to the matter; they equally have to fundraise 80 pounds each to hire a lawyer in the UK to pursue the case, which he equally contributed to that effect. This followed with other serious threats and abuses on the group that led to everyone being removed from the group; this issue of removing people from the group later became the topic, and point the enemies were using to link the innocent man to the saga. People have access to old information in a whatsapp group, even when they are being removed from a "whatsapp group". This necessitated the need for the victims to create their own whatsapp platform in order to brainstorm on how to recover their money from Mrs. Flo since. Note that a quite number of persons or individuals in the whatsapp group were not victims of the COS scam; needless to be budging people with thousands of messages while the continuous outbursts, curses, ranting and threatening violence hold sway and to avoid further sinister issues to reoccur.  

As the saying has it about greed and avarice; Mary was looking for a safe landing, and she needed to push out a false narrative to willing buyers; she is ever willing to do anything to achieve her aim at this point. It is also on record that she never refunded those she collected money from, from the huge profits she made from the deal; while seeking means to recover the rest from who she gave her money to. The likes of Chokomilo, Kelechi TV, Amaka Markysha, Maria Ude Nwachi, Anunuebe TV, Very Dark Black Man, admin of Igbo history and so many other failed bloggers, bought the lies of the woman due to personal beef and vendetta without hearing the side of Okwuluora. They were actually trying to make him the villain while the culprit, Mrs Flo, is unbothered. They have to deviate from the ethics of true journalism, out of wickedness, envy and jealousy in order to crucify an innocent man. They do not mind killing the image of innocent persons to achieve their aim. They have equally boasted amongst their cronies on how to achieve their aim by any means, fair or foul, while bragging that the end justifies the means.  

HOW DADDY FREEZE CAME INTO THE PICTURE:

Mary, known as “Ada Omambala” on Facebook, chatted Daddy Freeze on social media that she wants to use his platform to share her story online concerning the COS, she was given rates and the amount charged for consultation by the latter (Daddy Freeze). She was billed consultation fee of 250,000.00 naira, just to share her story one on one with Daddy Freeze (not on live video, as live video is 1.5 million naira), after much plead for price reduction, Daddy Freeze gave her massive discount, instead of paying 250k naira, she paid 150k naira. During their interactive session; Daddy Freeze demanded that since he has heard her own side of the story, that Okwuluora should be brought on the conversation to hear his own side of the story but she blatantly refused. The lady later said that she would like to appear on Daddy Freeze’s live video; she was reminded of the rates to appear on live video, which is 1.5 million naira. The lady became furious and pleaded that Daddy Freeze should delete the interactive video they already had; little did she know that Daddy Freeze archived the video; the lady immediately went to Very Dark Black Man, leaked the chats of her conversation with Daddy Freeze in order to gain sympathy and resorted in dishing out false narratives on the COS matter, she equally accused Daddy Freeze of not receiving any service from her after collecting consultation fee from her. She narrated everything to Very Dark Black Man, and the latter never tried to hear from the other party, and posted a defamatory video, calling Okwuluora a scammer and a criminal, while arrogantly boasting to send Okwuluora to prison. VDBM went further to tarnish the image of Daddy Freeze on the video he posted on his page, while leaking the chats Daddy Freeze and Mary had.

It is imperative to note that when being asked who she; Mary gave money for the COS to, she said it was Mrs. Florence Ezem, she was equally asked whether she consulted Okwuluora before transacting with the woman, she replied “no”; while Daddy Freeze was trying to teach her some legal terminologies and intricacies of the subject matter which a learned lawyer would also ask, while prosecuting the matter; the answer he got was not adding up in linking Okwuluora to the actual COS scam, judging from his over 20 decades on the media space; it was at this juncture that he demanded to hear from the side of the other party (Okwuluora) and the lady refused.
The lady not only leaked the chats of Daddy Freeze to the Very Dark Black Man, who unknown to her haa personal beef with Daddy Freeze and has been looking for an opportunity to strike the man. The lady breached the privacy rights of Daddy Freeze for trying to damage the reputation Daddy Freeze has built over the years; this is further proof that the people pushing out this wrong narrative are out to bring anybody who tries to get true facts on their knees. So many people do not know what it takes to build a name or a brand; they think that they can come on social media to gain support through dishing out false narratives and engaging in emotional blackmail. Let us take note of the following:
1. Daddy Freeze has a church and he does not collect any dime, not even tithe or offerings from his church members.
2. Daddy Freeze uses his online platform to make money for his numerous charities, Data and other personal stuff; no one has the right to tell anybody how to run his legitimate business.
3. Daddy Freeze gave the lady a major discount; as she paid 150k naira out of 250k naira as consultation fee.
4. Daddy Freeze held the video conversation with her but she was not satisfied and demanded to appear in LIVE VIDEO (just like Oliver Twist, I want some more; greed and avarice equally can be seen from the character of the woman), Daddy Freeze has to remind her of the price he charges for his Live Video; it was at this juncture that the lady told him to delete the video of the interactive session they had; this was a deliberate act to deny that Daddy Freeze collected her money for consultation but did not gave her the service she paid for; as God may have it; He (Daddy Freeze) was smart enough, and archived the video. When the false narrative started going on social media to dent the image of the man; he (Daddy Freeze) had to come out to state his side of the story while posting a short part of the interactive session they had. My dear readers and audience; is this not a deliberate act to blackmail him (Daddy Freeze)? From the whole narrative we can deduce wickedness, sadism, bitterness and a heartless jezebel on a mission to destroy what she never built; it takes people of zero character and conscience to destroy innocent people and what they have labored to build for many years. Nigeria's social media seriously need to be regulated; it is becoming toxic day by day and people are easily deceived with emotion, rather than sticking to facts. For example, someone accused you reading this of stealing a goat in her farmland (note that you your farm is close to hers with a boundary), the person accusing you started screaming on top of her voices that you stole her goat, without any investigation; the villagers gathered and lynched on you without hearing from you; on the course of stoning you to death, the mother of the accuser said that she was the one that changed the location of the goat, she equally showed were the goat was tied, as the person accused, what will you do at this junction? I leave this question to your conscience. The danger of a single story is very devastating. So many people have been falsely accused and thrown into prison for crimes they did not commit. So many innocent people have been lynched to death over false alarm and jungle justice. This is a clarion call for justice, and to learn the need to hear from two sides before placing a verdict on innocent people.
5. Social media is not a police station or a law court. Rumors and falsehood have destroyed so many great men and women. We have heard of so many stories of people wasting so many years on false accusation of rape; only for the truth to come out after spending more than two decades in prison. Those who are privileged to visit the prison can attest to this very fact. So many NGOS and legal practitioners can equally attest to this very fact.  
6. Daddy Freeze has the right to decide who he does pro bono service for, and who he charges, it is his business, and he pays his taxes to the government.
7. You cannot dictate for people how they run their genuine business; Daddy Freeze is not Jesus Christ; he is onlyv human.
8. If Daddy Freeze goes broke tomorrow, it is the same people that will equally post him on social media. People should not feel entitled over people’s money and how they wish to run their services.
9. Very Dark Black Man should be wary of the 48 Laws of Power that he is using to deceive the gullible ones because the side effects would be disastrous; being crafty can fetch you temporary fame; it pays to be honest. You actually came out to push a wrong narrative because you want to pull Daddy Freeze down, and to boost your YouTube channel. We are very conversant with your antics; we will be here to witness the whole event as it unfolds. Daddy Freeze is not envious of you; but rather, you are driven by vendetta.
10. Daddy Freeze is not your mate and as such, you should accord him respect as your senior; has social media equally made us not to have regards or respect for our seniors.
11. It is also worthy of note for the general public to know that Mary is a COS agent that tripled the money for the COS, hence she got double profits from her victims; she equally failed to tell the public that she has gotten some refund from the failed COS business from Mrs. Flo. She also failed to narrate to the public how she went to Mrs. Flo’s house in the UK, they drank red wine together and equally did business with the woman without consulting Okwuluora.
12. To Daddy Freeze and Okwuluora, kindly gather your lawyers and file a petition to the Nigeria and British authorities; you will equally file for defamation of character against the initiators of these heinous crimes against humanity; let those who are involve in this COS racketeer be brought to book and face judgment. People should be made to face the consequences of their actions. I usually tell people that the majority of those who got scammed are greedy, or those trying to cut corners without following due process, or doing their due diligence. “If it is too real to be true, kindly run for your dear life”. Always remember to issue disclaimer on your social media handle and any platform you belong to. So many people have used the name of exalted offices in Nigeria, including that of notable men of God to scam people; always watch out and be on alert. You also need a trusted personal assistant to help you handle some of your activities; because too many activities can make one not stay up to date in the platforms he or she belongs to, or even to read and respond to numerous messages coming in.
13. Very Dark Black Man posted on his social media page today being 10th April, 2024 “Do not fight with people that have nothing to lose because you will lose more”, this is an indication that the young man is out to pull down people without minding the resultant effects; be careful when dealing with such people because they will drag you to the mud. To Very Dark Black Man, you have a lot to lose if you continue towing the path of defaming people on social media, always get your facts right and do not position yourself as the police, the prosecutor and the judge in a one sided report at your disposal; you have your freedom to lose when convicted in the competent court of jurisdiction for cyber bullying and cyber stalking, coupled with the corresponding damages; you will equally have to lose huge money on fines and litigations and your mental health will greatly be affected.
14. Daddy Freeze has tendered a public apology over the COS matter, where he was seen issuing threats, to file a report to the UK government to deport Nigerians who travelled through purchasing of COS. He also stated that he has no such powers and can never do so. He further narrated how he got aggravated due to the false accusation meted to him by Mary (Ada Omambala on Facebook) who paid for his media consultation, and lied that he did not deliver the job she paid for. He said that the problem he has with her (Mary) was on false accusations. He said he has no intention to bring anybody back home from the UK, while his true intention was not to allow the false narrative meted out to him by the lady to see the light of the day. Daddy Freeze is an example of a responsible citizen owning up to his action, and not seeking for whom to blame, hence coming out to tender a public apology. This is maturity at its peak. We are humans and bound to make mistakes; only God is perfect. Let us forgive him and pursue justice on the COS matter; the victims' money should as a matter of urgency be retrieved from Mrs. Florence Ezem (Mrs. Flo).
Just like Malcolm X rightly stated, “I am for truth, no matter who tells it. I am for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I am a human being, first and foremost, and as such I am for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole”. Let Justice prevail.

According to WIKIPEDIA, fallacy is the use of invalid or otherwise faulty reasoning in the construction of an argument that may appear to be well- reasoned if unnoticed. The term was introduced in the Western intellectual tradition by Aristotelian De Sophisticis Elenchis.

EXAMPLE OF FALLACY –Okwuluora made AB Jay Interior LTD an admin of a Whatsapp group and as such, he is the spokesman of Okwuluora, Okwuluora is AB Jay and AB Jay is Okwuluora as far is the Whatsapp group is concern.

He who sits in heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. So many false narratives have been flying on social media concerning this matter, and this has really made the discerning social media users to highlight the toxicity of social media and the need to regulate its activities in Nigeria. The rate by which false information is disseminated is quite alarming. So many social media users that did not even have any formal education in the university, especially as it relates to the correct use of social media, are now content creators. They share so much harmful, toxic and false information to the public space. In most cases, they share sensitive information, such as nudes and private videos of people on social media. So many children have been bastardized and rendered useless due to what they learnt or watched from social media. Social media monetization has equally made people lose their originality and dignity, many have resorted to gaining traffic to their page and making huge money from it, without understanding the devastating effect of their actions (the internet never forgets).

False knowledge is worse than ignorance, especially when it‘s used against someone. It is best to have all facts and know what you are talking about before you condemn someone for something they really know nothing about. Facts are never hearsay or what someone says or what you heard from a person. Facts are what you actually see or witness (against facts there are no arguments). You may think you know everything, but you don’t.

The funny thing is that even those we regard as highly educated occasionally fall victim to peddling fake and unverified news. I have equally refuted fake news on social media without knowing those involved or those that will cause devastating effects on their reputation. The dangers of fake and unverified news have claimed a lot of life; some died as a result of high blood pressure, while some died as a result of depression; while some committed suicide. A man begins to apportion blame to others when he has failed woefully in his actions and inactions. Blame nonetheless is part of failure.

Ad hominem (“against the person”) and tu quoque (“you, too!) fallacies focus our attention on people rather than on arguments or evidence. In both of these arguments, the conclusion is usually “You shouldn’t believe So – and So’s argument.” The reason for not believing So – and – So’s argument is that So – and – So is either a bad person (ad hominem) or a hypocrite (tu quoque). In ad hominem arguments, the arguer attacks their opponent instead of the opponent’s argument.

Example – Daddy Freeze uses his online platform to salvage so many situations relating to family, religion, health, celebrities, life, tourism etc, in Nigeria, but Daddy Freeze has attacked so many men of God in Nigeria. Daddy Freeze is envious of so many men of God and Very Dark Black Man; Daddy Freeze is just ugly and bitter, so why should we listen to him? Daddy Freeze’s appearance and character which the arguer has characterized so ungenerously, have nothing to do with the strength of her argument, so using them as evidence is fallacious.

In a tu quoque argument, the arguer points out that the opponent has actually done the thing they are arguing against, and so the opponent’s argument shouldn’t be listened to. Here is an example: Imagine Daddy Freeze has explained to Ada Omambala why they should hear the side of “Okwuluora” before concluding on the matter while giving out so many reasons why they should hear from him, such as the dangers of one sided story, the damage to one’s reputation and the dissemination of false narratives/ false information etc. You reply, “I won’t accept Daddy Freeze’s argument, because you used to attack pastors and celebrities without hearing their own side of the story. You did it too!” The fact that he has done the thing he is condemning has no bearing on the premises they put forward in their argument. (You should hear from both parties in every case just like in the Court of law where a Judge preside over a case between two parties; all parties and their lawyers must be present, after hearing from the two sides, he can now proceed in giving his judgments, based on available evidence and proofs beyond every reasonable doubts), so your response is fallacious.

THE FALLACY OF VERY DARK BLACK MAN ON OKWULUORA AND THE COS SAGA

Fallacy – Very Dark Black Man said that Okwuluora uses his private account to receive donations for sick people.

Fact – Okwuluora does not use his private account, rather he posts the sick person’s private account on his page where they receive donations directly. Very Dark Black Man is guilty of “Ad Hominem”, fallacy of composition, quoting out of context and false attribution on his assertion. Very Dark Black Man's main fallacy here is “ad hominem”, he asserted first that he would send Okwuluora to prison; which is a deliberate attack to the person and integrity of the latter. He ought to have presented his arguments and allow his listeners to be the sole judge. He has already judged the case even before coming to the social media to post his video. Social media has made so many people victims of this; as they tend to be driven by emotion rather than LOGIC.

Fallacy – Very Dark Black Man said that Okwuluora asks those that donated money to sick people to send receipt to him; and as he receive such receipts, he saves their number; and created a Whatsapp group and later told them that he will be coming to the UK

Fact – Okwuluora does not ask for any receipt to be sent to him because thousands of people usually fund the sick people account; is he a robot to save all the contacts of his followers and those supporting sick people on his page. He was invited to the UK and that necessitated the creation of the Whatsapp group to plan for his coming on “Invitation” by Igbo supporters and well wishers in the UK.

Fallacy - VDBM said that Mrs. Flo posted about issuing COS in the Whatsapp group and those interested should chat her (Mrs. Flo) privately for details, when Okwuluora left the UK, that Okwulora’s silent on the group and by virtue of being the owner of the group made him an accomplice to the crime (Failed COS business). You also said that people went to the woman’s house in the UK and gave her money while some transferred directly to her account. You equally said that the woman left the group when people discovered that one person was issued with a fake COS and started clamoring for theirs. You flashed a clip of the live video held with Okwuluora, Flo and some of the victims in your video; where Okwuluora was asking the lady pertinent questions of deep concern. Okwuluora asked the lady if he knew her on a personal note and the lady said no; he also asked the lady if he was aware of the COS business or part of it; the lady replied “no”. You (VDBM) said that you will write a petition to the police and equally send Okwuluora to prison.

Fact – Very Dark Black Man in his analysis never sought to hear from the other party (Okwuluora). He only posted what was given to him. Keep in mind that the popular opinion is not always the right one. Okwuluora was not the one that posted about the COS business on the Whatsapp group, he was never consulted or told about the COS business. Okwuluora is a public figure and will not always see old messages posted on the group, just like many other celebrities, including you, VDBM. They went and started to chat with the lady privately; some even went to her house, gave her money, while some sent money to the woman’s account. While they were dealing with the woman; none of them messaged Okwuluora or sought his consent before dealing with the woman. So because Okwuluora created a whatsapp group and a scam happened on the platform, now made Okwuluora liable to the crime.

VDBM committed a fallacy called “Appeal to pity”. He is trying to get people to accept a conclusion by making them feel sorry for the victims; while using a known figure (Okwuluora) to actualize his aim.

Example- “I know that Okwuluora is not the one that advertised the COS business, he is not the one that the victims paid money to, but we should tag him on this matter to pay the victims, he is the owner of the group, he is influential and will use his platform to pay the victims”. The conclusion here is “Okwuluora should pay the victims” (recall the threat by VDBM to send Okwuluora to prison). But the criteria for the victims being paid is to retrieve their money from who they paid it to; and the person is Mrs. Florence Ezem (Mrs. Flo) and not Okwuluora; the principle VDBM wants us to accept (people that got scammed by an ordinary member in any whatsapp group should pursue the creator of the group and collect their money and equally tag the group creator, a criminal in-order to retrieve their money) is clearly unacceptable. The information VDBM has given might feel relevant and might even get the audience to consider the conclusion – but the information isn’t logically relevant and true, and so the argument is fallacious. Very Dark Black Man is simply trying to get his audience to agree with him by making them feel sorry for the victims while deviating from proper analysis towards getting to the truth (conclusion).



FALLACY – VDBM said that Okwuluora removed everybody from the Whatsapp group and because he did that, he is liable to the crime committed in the group.

FACT – Okwuluora moved a motion for a new group to be created where only the victims will be there. He said that the threats and vituperations on the platform are becoming too much and the need for people to stop threatening one another before it leads to physical abuse or violence, that if such occur again, that he will shut down the group. The group for the victims was created, and people were still commenting on the main Whatsapp group with more severe threats; this led him to shut down the main Whatsapp group to allow them concentrate on recovering their money from Mrs. Flo from the newly created group for the victims.

Very Dark Black Man is guilty of the fallacy called “Appeal to Ignorance”, he is trying to tell his audience, “look, there’s no conclusive evidence on the issue at hand. Therefore you should accept my conclusion on this issue”.

Example: “Some people have been trying for months to prove that Okwuluora has a hand in the COS scam. But no one has yet been able to prove it. Therefore, Okwuluora has a hand in the COS scam.”

VDBM just brought out a clip from the whole narrative, and started propagating falsehood.

Logical fallacy makes an argument weak by using mistaken beliefs/ ideas, invalid arguments, illogical arguments and deceptiveness. By using logical fallacies, you may be able to persuade others to accept your argument even if it is not well supported by evidence. Undermining your credibility: using logical fallacies can undermine your credibility and make others less likely to take your arguments seriously.

Logical fallacies can have a negative impact on one's critical thinking skills and decision making. They can impair one's ability to evaluate arguments and evidence objectively and rationally, or lead you to accept or reject claims based on emotions, prejudices, vendetta and personal interests. Fallacies can be intentional or unintentional, and they can affect how one interprets information, evaluates evidence, and draws conclusions.

To avoid fallacies, you should ensure that you have done your research and have enough and relevant evidence to support your claims.

Just like Professor Samuel Warren Carey of blessed memory will always say and I quote, "If 50 million people believe in a fallacy, it is still a fallacy."
