Hello. Plz how can a fresh graduating pursue a carrier in lecturing. What and what is required of him to do in other to achieve this. Thanks.

After graduation, do a thesis based master degree and afterwards register fo phd then u may be consisdered. also do lots of publications, academic publications/researches as it gives you points

Please do I need a supervisor to do my researches and Academic publications as am out of university now after my first degree. I am also passionate to become a lecturer but am yet to start MSc. can do research while waiting to start MSc
