royalflame: I was at this workshop inside LTV 8 today after reading the post from SimonTemp, I was grossly disappointed at the quality and the manner with which they do business.

1. They very much believe that when they tell you something, you must not bear your own opinion especially if it is different from theirs.
2. They become agressive and insultive when your opinion differs from theirs.
3. They are not organised. When and engineer tells you to call back at 2pm and then you call at 2pm, the next engineer you speak to will tell you something etirely diffent like "we told you to come back in 3 days time", then they DROP THE CALL ON YOU. shocked cry . That was my experience with them today, they told me you can come and pick your car if you like, we have other customers"

Please be careful not to patronise these guys, i dont want to bore you with the details, but if you feel otherwise then you may try. Thanks

I also had a terrible experience with these guys, for the fact that their boss presents automedics program on the radio, which i really enjoy as it is educative, i decided to visit them for a professional touch on my car.
They did a normal servicing for me sometime ago, and by the time i wanted to drive out the next morning, i saw that the whole oil in the engine was on the floor, i called them and they said i should bring it back, i bought a gallon, filled it, and prayed it will take me there, hopefully i arrived and they replaced the supposedly oil filter they installed initially.

You can't believe the next day, the same thing happened!!! All the oil leaked away!
I was so furious, how can supposed professionals be using fake oil filter, as cheap as that!
i called a mechanic on my street, and the guy said i should give him 1.5k and he got me another oil filter, changed it and i never saw a single drop of leakage.

I noticed that their boss is not always around at the work shop, probably, he needs to be doing more oversight functions on what his wards are doing there.

This is the 3rd Complaint about Automedics. I'm concerned because I initially recommended them. Can I suggest you call one of top guys on 08080806686.

Tell him about your experience, even if you don't plan to go there again. And let him know that more people are complaining about their services.

Workshop/Mechanic: CitiWebb Auto Centre

Speciality: Most common car brands. They have specialists for each brand.

Location: Km 23, Lekki Expressway, Ajiwe, Ajah. Opposite Jeffery Plaza & Close to Fidelity Bank. I heard they have another workshop at Phase 1.

Contact No: 0810 608 1883, 0803 535 5245(Jide)

Personal Experience: They answered all my questions, explained everything to me before touching the car. In short, excellent customer relations. They have all the right equipment found in a modern workshop.

Positives: Reasonable/affordable charges, far better than AutoMedics at Ikeja. Very professional and technically sound. Highly recommended.

Negatives: None so far.

Please note that I'm in no way affiliated with them. I've just been searching for good mechanics for a long time and I'm glad I've found one.

Just call Emma on 08032206495 or 08125615528.

is the biodun chap still with VW at gbagada? im asking cos if biodun is working for VW, charges might be high based on company poliicy but if biodun is on his own, he may be 'reasonably reasonable' with his service charge for repairs
